Transferring the original heritage

Transfer ownership of state land
Swarnabumi, Jayabhumi and Ranbima should grant the following qualifications when transferring the ownership of the land to a person entitled to a grant holder.
* If only a portion of the land is assigned, the grant for that land should be a grant allowed by interdicts (if a grant is not permitted for subdivisions, a grant for per sub division should be changed). If so required, the extent of the land is 15 perches or Should be higher.)
*Documents requiredwner's request letter should be signed by the owner (or fingerprints at that place).
*Original copy of the transferred land and a photocopy
*Fill out at least 2 weeks before the last delivery date.
*If the transferee is a blood relation, the documents confirming the blood of the donor (can be obtained from the birth, intelligence and death certificates)
* Grama Niladhari report on the income of the transferee.
*Grama Niladari report on other lands owned by the transferee.
*Affidavit declaration by the person claiming to be the owner of the land (husband, wife and children)
*The transferor copies the Affidavit that he is helpless, not being orphaned and has other lands and the deeds of other lands he is calling as transfer of lands.
*If part of the plot is part of the plot, then the relevant Survey Plan should be submitted for the land allocation.
* The Secretary should have certified the Secretary through a Grama Niladhari in another Divisional Secretary Division
